Dave started his electrical career in the Naval Nuclear Power Program (1988-1994). He became a licensed Master Electrician in 2000. In 2003, Dave completed the National Training Institute Instructor Program at the University of Tennessee. Dave is a Certified Red Cross 1st Aid/CPR Trainer, OSHA 10/30 Safety Trainer, NFPA 70E Trainer, and has taught all 5 years of the NJATC Curriculum.

Ally graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Her past experiences  in customer service, financial institutions, and as an AmeriCorps member are beneficial when working directly with the Training Director.

Bryce completed the program in 2016 and was our outstanding graduate. Since completing the program, he has worked as a Licensed Journeyman for 8 + years. He has been attending various trainings for over 7 years to prepare as an instructor. Bryce also served on the JATC Committee before taking on the Training Instructor position.
