Together, IBEW and NECA created a national gold standard for apprenticeship training: the Electrical Training Alliance (formerly the NJATC), established in 1941. Our Mission
To provide comprehensive training and education to the apprentices and journeymen of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 275 and the National Electrical Contractors Association, West Michigan Division, Michigan Chapter—ensuring the electrical construction industry is supported by the most highly trained and skilled workforce available.
