If You Are Selected...
Selections for our program are based upon interview scores.
When a participating employer can use an entry level apprentice, we will contact the person with the highest score on the selection list.
They will then be scheduled for a physical, drug screeening, and a background check. If they pass all three of those steps, they will be offered a job assignment and position in our program.
If they fail one of those steps or turn down the offer, we work our way down the selection list in descending order based upon interview score.
Your score will remain on the selection list for one (1) calendar year. How fast and how far we go down the list varies based upon employer demand.
